Chromatic gradients, drawn from nature is the absolute character, but it is never excessive. The space ensures openness and free flow of movement in the common spaces culminating into natural aesthetics and impressive warmth. An sombre and an assorted home emerged into a living expression of materiality, where in each of the three bedrooms speaks of figurative characteristics.
A well edited entrance of teak finished door, leads the way towards the living room. The living room sets a soothing ambience, showcasing defined furniture with clean, neutral fabrics and soothing palate of greys, blues and wood. A well-tailored- fluted MDF wall grabs the attention in the living space.
The room is well balanced with the overall earnest environment generated with subtle furniture design and forms. The homogenous white ceiling here is also extended into the rest of the apartment, deliberately designed to tie all the spaces together and add to the reflection of the dwellers ideology of simplicity.
The expanse of the living room is unfolded towards the dining and the kitchen by the mid standing black marble tiled television unit crisply segregating the spaces and leading to the bedrooms. The entire floor plate is blanketed with a consistent tile uniting the layout as one.
The dining room is a blend of form and function, a glass slab resting on wooden base table complimenting the bespoke wooden and soft padded chair design. The modular ash shaded kitchen reflects the continued material palette with the granite top and acrylic finished cabinets.
Looking at soft natural luxury and keeping the space feathery in the tones, the guest bedroom was uniquely characterised with prayer alcove in the room setting. Retaining the gradients of graphite by the bed upholstery, the eye catchy neo-classical green wall, pulls a regal set of the space. The finesse of wood wardrobes on the adjacent wall, swells to the richness of the room. Contextualising with wooden carved niche for the prayer merges with the colour conduct of the bedroom.
Running on the parallel vocabulary of serene atmosphere, the master bedroom is a classic example of geometric, crisp and solid design. This bedroom narrates analogy with a cohesiveness of material and colour schemes. Witnessing fine craftsmanship with the geometric wall panelling pacifies with neutral soft furnishings. Finished plastered walls, clean ceiling design with incorporation of indirect lights remarkably adds volume to the bedroom. Pop of vivid green cushions holds the gist of the energy inside. Hints of cool shades of blue and grey dwells perfectly with the clay toned bed back.
Clouded with blues the second master bedroom is drafted with linear grid design. The leather padded grey bed back rests against a backdrop of blue with grooved lines. Adding urban aesthetic generated through the fabric selection, this bedroom summons up with similar tones of furnishes and blends with wooden wardrobes of carved handles and doors of grids. Extracting the language of geometry, punctured grey shelves adds as a layer in the space.
The apartment exemplifies design sensibilities and contemporary aesthetics. Located in one of the developing cities of Gujarat, this home is adapted around strong raw narratives and neat impressions. Personifying rusticity and minimalism, the flat stands out for its charcoaled concept, wooden furnishings and mellow coloration. Blessed with ample gradients, this home surely depicts of how minimum incorporation of colour code and material set can be generous if known to optimise skilfully.
