A Harmonious Fusion of Design Styles

“The design is rooted in tranquility, minimalism, and understated luxury,” explains Chhaya Sharma. With a careful interplay of organic forms, warm hues, and natural materials, this residence radiates a sense of balance and serenity. The seamless blend of Japandi simplicity, Balinese warmth, and contemporary elegance results in a visually compelling sanctuary.

Expansive Living Area: A Story of Earthy Textures & Fluid Forms

To create a more open and airy atmosphere, a bedroom was merged into the living space, enhancing fluidity while fostering family interactions. The design embraces:

Earthy hues & textural contrasts for a grounded aesthetic.

Veneer paneling, subtle arches, and curved elements to break vertical monotony.

Layered, wavy ceiling details creating a dynamic yet calming ambiance.

Japandi-inspired cane & rattan accents enhancing warmth and tactility.

A statement wooden coffee table with a sculptural rounded base adding depth.

A Kitchen & Dining Space with Balinese Character

Blending functionality and artistic elements, the kitchen & dining area serve as the heart of the home:

Compact island kitchen with optimized storage solutions for efficient workflows.

A dedicated pantry unit maintaining sleek organization.

Balinese-inspired dining area with handcrafted wooden chairs and an eclectic dining table.

Cane pendant lighting & curated wall art, bringing in natural warmth.

A luxurious powder room, redefining sophistication with high-end finishes.

Personalized Bedrooms: An Exploration of Texture & Form

Each bedroom follows a unique aesthetic language, maintaining a unified palette of neutral tones, fabric paneling, and brass accents:

  • First Bedroom: Pristine white palette with brass-accented open shelves & fabric wall paneling.

  • Second Bedroom: Neutral-hued wall cladding & circular ceiling patterns introducing subtle drama.

  • Third Bedroom: Elegant fabric paneling with brass detailing for a sophisticated, modern appeal.

Spa-Like Bathrooms: A Haven of Luxury

Fluted glass partitions for privacy while maintaining an airy feel.

Marble-clad walls & backlit mirrors, enhancing spatial depth.

Earth-toned tiles paired with premium sanitary fixtures.

Wall sconces, creating a warm, inviting glow.
