• The site is affiliated with private residence ,servant quarters, big garden & parking.

• The whole idea is to have one weekend home where this family can have weekend stay in calm place.

• The exterior elevation Is kept sharp cross edges to dominate its looks although interior kept silent with natural material pallet.

• The residence has one swimming pool , living area , dinning area , kitchen with 3 bedroom & terrace garden.

• On upper terrace there is provision of solar panels to produce electricity.

• Planning specifically divide in three zone one public zone(living ,porch) to semi private zone(dinning , staircase) & private zone (bedroom, kitchen) .

• Dinning table made of natural wood piece open up to centre garden court with sliding window one side and to swimming pool on other side.

• The centre circulation space open up to double height space that supported with skylight.
