Gajanan is spread across an area 2500sq.ft with a requirement of 3 generations of family with a terrace garden.
The material palette is kept simple with exposed bricks used on the facade with all the masses framing the window, 2 columns support a tree throughout the facade.

The project is made into 4 levels with the ground floor accommodating the parking and a servant's quarter with the entry foyer leading towards the stair cabin and the lift.
The first floor comprises of a living room adjacent to the kitchen and dining area with a guest bedroom moving on to the second floor we enter into a passage leading towards 3 bedrooms, the top floor has a master bedroom with an open terrace with a garden and a moving bar.
